Jo and myself spent 2 nights in a country hotel in Scarborough, It was very peaceful relaxing and enjoyable.
As it is very off season most of Scarborough was shut, however we did do some very barginous shopping and got to explore in relative comfort, plus everyone we met was very friendly and happy to chat.
As well as the new selection of clothes we also had lots and lots of lovely food, I will be posting that seperatley though.
Other than food and shopping we got a good look round Scarborough and played in the arcades. We were too far and it was too cold to go for a moonlit walk on the beach, but the Hotel was lovely. A Country house with a Michelin recommended restaurant and some lovely grounds to walk around in. The only drawback was the erratic heating in the room, it was very old and so was either red hot or rather cold :o(

Think of it as a variation on the fire and ice spa we had last time we went to Scarborough LoL x
